Axis Bank - WORST CUSTOMER SUPPORT
Never ever ask Axis bank customer support a question!
They would never understand, ask the same question Zillion times. They don't read your previous email. There is a standard template copy paste that's all they know.
Better be happy with what they offer you, DON'T ASK FOR MORE. THEY DO NOT UNDERSTAND. I am sure customer service team is under trained.
Its been one month they are not able to solve a simple issue. mails go on and on and on.Surprise they ask you the same question every time..
What's up with Screenshots.. ***.. give screenshot for every freakin thing!
